My career has taken me inside companies of very different shapes and speeds, from hypergrowth e-commerce at Shopee and Lazada to B2B technology at GeoComply to consumer healthcare at Zenyum. I've built CX teams from zero, scaled operations through explosive growth, and redesigned service cultures inside established organizations.
That range is exactly why I can advise both a startup shaping its first customer journey and a mature company ready to transform how it serves.
MY JOURNEY
I'm currently pursuing a DBA at Golden Gate University and training Muay Thai three mornings a week—a routine that keeps me sharp for everything else on this page. I write and speak about CX through my "Tôi Đã Ghé · Been & Seen" review series because I believe the best way to teach good service is to show it in the wild.
